What it does

How to create one

Version 1 or version 2?
You can choose which version of the EPC standard to use:
- Version 2 (recommended) works with most modern banking apps and does not require a BIC.
- Version 1 requires a BIC. Choose it only if your banking app cannot scan version 2.
Paying with the code
Open your banking app, choose the option to scan a payment QR code, point it at the code and check the pre-filled details before confirming.
Most SEPA banking apps support these QR codes, but availability differs per bank. If one version will not scan, try the other.
